Our client located in the West End is looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join their team for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality, have a can do attitude, work independently, show initiative and has exceptional knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key tasks:

Handling calls professionally, relaying messages, screens and directing calls according

  • Carrying out adhoc admin duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Ensures tidy reception area, meeting rooms and kitchens at all times
  • Mail and deliveries including distribution to receipts
