Temporary Receptionist/Host - Leading Luxury Hospitality Brand (immediate start)

Our Client is looking for a friendly, engaging, and sociable receptionist to greet all company visitors in a cheerful and professional manner.

The role:

  • Managing a busy switchboard, answering and transferring calls made to the reception desk.
  • Managing meeting room logistics, meticulous use of the guest sign-in log
  • Ensuring the reception area is well kept and in shipshape, creating a welcome and inviting space for both workmates and guests
  • Stock check and upkeep of the essentials; coffee, tea, snacks.
  • Assisting with Health and Safety compliance, making sure everyone inside is safe and sound
  • The odd administrative support, ordering stationary, lists, expenses.

As well as core Receptionist duties, you'll act as gate-keeper for a busy Front of House desk. You'll know who's who and what's what, ensuring things get from A to B efficiently and effectively.
