Job Description:

City Transport Solutions are one of the UK's top providers of temporary workers and vehicle hire and are going from strength to strength. Due to this continued success they are currently looking to recruit an additional Driver Recruiter to support our blue chip client with their temporary driver supply based from the Maylands Business Park in Hemel Hempstead.

The Position:

Job Responsibilities will include responding to enquiries from clients and making outbound calls to a network of suppliers. You will conduct compliance checks, schedule future checks and training, make job offers and coordinate with the assessors to process all new and existing drivers.

You will also serve as point of contact for driver related enquiries whilst meeting or exceeding weekly targets.

Personal Attributes:

Ideal candidates for this position will have:

  • Experience as a recruiter
  • Experience with CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office is required
  • Strong verbal, written, multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to perform duties with minimum direction and work in a team environment
  • Be comfortable working in a busy environment with good attention to detail.
