Hotel Receptionist
Up to £18K DOE
Carlisle

A well-known Hotel, located in Carlisle, are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Hotel Receptionist who is looking to take the next step in their career. This local tourist hot-spot offers a friendly atmosphere and relaxed working environment, catering for weddings, events and functions as well as day-to-day trade.

The ideal Hotel Receptionist will ideally have a background in working in hotels on reception, able to work well as part of a team and be reliable and hard working. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team, deliver impeccable service to all customers, and learn from some of the best in the industry.

As Hotel Receptionist, you will be in charge of the smooth operation of the front desk, making sure customer service is of the highest standard at all times. You must be highly organized, be able to delegate, good at problem solving as well as have a good head for meeting revenue figures and ensuring targets are met. You will need superb communication skills, and be friendly and approachable. A high level of computer skills is also desirable.

This position is a mixture of shifts, either 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm and you will be required to be available to work weekends. There is potential for this role to be part time, with a 4 day working week, depending on the ideal candidate.
