Receptionist (Ad-hoc)

Temporary role paying £9.00 per hour

Hours 9am - 5.30pm

Cover initially Tuesday 23rd April, Wednesday 24th April and Friday 26th April.

We are looking for a Receptionist to cover on an ad-hoc basis for holidays, sickness and unforeseen circumstances. Our client is an established, forward thinking, growing organisation and leading provider based in Luton. The ideal candidate will be available on an ongoing basis and happy to work as and when required.

Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet Customers and Engineers

* Provide access and log all visitors to site

* Build a good working relationship with Customers

* Be the point of contact for all guests

* Admin duties

* To be responsible for keeping the reception/rest areas presentable

* Manage the booking of meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy

* Provide dairy management to the Directors and Senior Management team

Person Specification:

Experience in Reception / Front of House

* Excellent IT skills, Word/Outlook/ Excel

* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

* Positive "can-do" attitude

* Able to multitask and cope under pressure

* Excellent Customer service skills, having worked in a Customer facing role is essential

* Good attention to detail

* Excellent organisational skills
