A fantastic part-time opportunity for an experienced, confident and well-presented Front Office Manager / Receptionist has arisen at an exciting new start-up business in Brentwood.

The Recovery Rooms is a totally new concept focused on the promotion of physical and mental well-being. We endeavour to offer an array of different services that provide recovery for the body and mind. In addition to the health services we offer, we will be launching a high end coffee shop bistro that sells various blends of coffee from all over the world, as well as a healthy clean menu including a variety of plant based recipes and healthy food supplement based drinks.

Such services include:

  • Cryo therapy
  • Intravenous vitamin drips
  • Personal training
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Cold water treatments
  • Coffee shop bistro that offers a range of different coffees, tea, infused water, protein shakes and plant based food.
  • Sports and food supplements

The successful candidate will not only work as a receptionist, but will be involved in various aspects of the business including management of social media, working in the bistro making coffee, diary management, answering the phones, stock taking and we will encourage the successful applicant to make the role their own and immerse themselves in this new venture.

The ideal candidate for this role will also possess an ability to work on their own initiative and in our friendly reception team environment with the ability to maximise both bookings and revenue for the venue through competently and professionally selling services via telephone, email and/or face to face.

Applicants must have a proven track record of reception duties, sales, be exceptionally organised, methodical, have an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask whilst working well to tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, can do attitude.

The successful applicant will ideally have the following skillset:

  • Degree educated or currently studying, preferably in sports science or a nutrition related degree.
  • Passionate about health and wellbeing. Someone with good knowledge of sports and physical recovery, as well as healthy clean food (plant based, protein drinks, sports supplements etc).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to speak confidently with clients.
  • Exceptionally friendly, warm, polite and professional.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Very well presented.
  • Is flexible, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Revenue orientated and business focused.
