Temporary Receptionist - £8.50 an hour

Are you a confident individual with a flair for providing high quality customer service, looking for a bit of extra cash? We are currently looking for a very organised individual to support our client with the smooth running of their front desk and be the voice and face of the company.

The successful applicant would be responsible for providing the best level of customer service possible whilst also offering general assistance to the admin and accounts teams when needed. Duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries promptly, in a professional manner.
  • Logging calls, emails and ensuring messages are passed to the correct contact
  • General administration including filing, scanning and updating the phone list
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring the meeting rooms are prepared and clean
  • Managing any deliveries, keeping on top of supplies and checking invoices

You will be a recent Graduate, or similar looking for some temporary work and live locally to Sutton!
