About the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our Retail Support Desk based at our Head Office in Telford.

The role will be responsible for leading the Retail Support Desk team in delivering operational support to Retail shops and Retail field teams in order to deliver Retail income and surplus targets.

About you:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of Retail Operations, with experience in either a customer facing or call centre role. They will have the ability to communicate at all levels, orally and in writing, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on own initiative. They will also have a track record of delivering KPIs and experience of MS office, particularly Excel.
