Job Description:

You will have a reception background, excellent presentation and communication skills in order to greet and welcome visitors to the organisation, along with management of the reception area.

Leading Pharmaceutical company employing nearly 8000 people in over 80 countries with twelve manufacturing facilities in four countries, five research and development centres and front -end users in US, EU, India, Brazil and other markets world wide.

Managing the reception area and greeting clients and visitors to the organisation. Managing incoming telephone calls, managing a diary schedule for the use of meeting rooms and mini-bus driver. Arrange visitor refreshments if required / order lunches for internal meetings. Providing travel desk services for UK based team, including Taxis, flights and POs. Complete facilities part of induction, tour of building, use of printers, coffee machines, fire evacuation procedure and set up security pass. Raising purchase orders on SAP and goods receipting.

Well presented with reception background and excellent communications skills and IT literacy in Word and Excel - SAP would also be a plus. Ability to build relationships acting as first point of contact for visitors.
