Job Description:

A highly regarded Insurance Company is looking to hire an experienced Buildings Surveyor to join them in a quality audit capacity as a Surveying Quality Audit Manager.

As a Surveying Quality Audit Manager you will be responsible for the service and quality requirements of the repairs contractor network. You will provide file and site audits using your many years building surveying experience to asses work carried out and ensure standards are kept whilst managing business SLA's.

You will be responsible for executive level complaints, analysing and investigating issues whilst offering suitable resolutions. Using recognised continuous improvement methodology you will challenge and implement best practice, and new controls that will deliver cost, process, customer experience and quality benefits.

Management of contractor performance will play a key part in the role along with the provision of Health and Safety, competent person schemes, and insurance certification renewals.

To be considered you must have extensive building or quantity surveying experience ideally with exposure to quality management. You will also ideally have professional QS / Building Surveying qualification or equivalent. BDMA Ins Tech or equivalent and Health and Safety - ROSPA or equivalent will also be desired.

This position is home based with an occasional requirement to be in the Birmingham office, you will therefore receive a home working allowance including car allowance. You will receive excellent benefits including market leading pension, annual bonus and a leading flexible benefits plan.
