Job description
Ideal candidate will be responsible to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • New crew Training.                                         
  • Crew Refresher training.
  • Crew supervision.       
  • Client initial issue response/ liaison.
  • Client Meetings: Meet with the client at their premises or at our depot if desired with sufficient prior notification.
  • Crew Audit.
    • Driving licence check and copy. (Six monthly)
    • SIA Licence check and copy. (Six monthly)
    • Paper work for Supervision and training as needed.
    • Appraisals (Yearly)
  • New contract briefings.
  • External risk assessment.
Carry out a risk assessment of client’s premises to ensure it is appropriate and complies with our insurance requirements.
  • Carry out audit of Clients property (Six monthly)
  • Assist in internal investigations wherever necessary, such as Customer Complaints
  • Equipment maintenance :repair and monitoring of adequate supplies as well as training of staff in its use.
  • Documentation / Report generation and Audits ( Internal + External).
                                          

 

Job Requirements:

As a good communicator, you will maintain our high standards of customer care and ensure their expectations are continuously met. You will be a good team player with a positive attitude towards work and responsibilities.
Knowledge of computers using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and basic IT skills is essential for the role. 
You will be required to manage a team of over 30 Operatives. Good people management skills is essential for the role.
 
Sufficient training will be provided for the role. Your working hours will be flexible to suit the shift pattern between 06.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs. You will be contracted to work for a minimum of 40 hrs/week for five out of seven days (Monday to Sunday). 
  • Selected candidate will be required to obtain the SIA licence for Cash & Valuable in Transit.
  • Last 10 years vetting checks will be carried out in accordance with BS7858 Standards for the shortlisted candidate.
 
Wages : A gross salary of £23,920.00 per annum, going up to £24,481.00 per annum after six months of successful completion of probation.
There will be a six-month probationary period for this role.
