Role: Customer Services & Operations Executive

Salary: £25-30K

Location: London

Type: Permanent

Pod is partnering with an exciting business in search for a driven and energetic individual to join their team as the new Customer Service & Operations Executive. This is a great chance to expand your knowledge and apply your skills in a great role.

Responsibilities:

- To deal and resolve customer accounts, complaints and queries

- To manage the shared inbox and CRM systems distributing emails to the correct team and person

- Process stock enquiries, providing information on barcodes, allergens etc. in response to customers' requests

- To ensure all products are delivered efficiently, resolving any delivery errors

- To process trade orders on SAGE and to coordinate logistics/transport

- Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfilment

- To build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and logistics providers

- Lead on proactively improving existing business processes and introduce more structure

- Update and maintain product database, SAGE database and price lists

- General administration duties including answering phones, processing payments and returns

Requirements:

- Strong customer service experience within a B2C environment

- Excellent phone skills

- Strong team playing skills, attention to detail and organisation skills.

- IT literate with good Excel skills and ideally SAGE

- Knowledge and experience of Freshdesk/Zendesk or other customer service systems
