Part Time Executive Assistant

Location Leighton Buzzard

25 hrs per week 9am to 1.00pm preferred

Salary £23,500

We are currently seeking an experienced senior EA to support and assist this busy Client's MD

The role is seeking a fast paced, accurate EA who is experienced at organising meetings and travel, sending out communications, producing reports and is up for the challenge of being the right-hand person to this busy MD.

What you'll be doing

• Diary Management (UK and overseas time zones, internal and external meetings)

• Booking and arranging travel for up to 10 UK and International conferences per year

• Email inbox management

• Managing ad-hoc projects as and when required

• Support with HR and Finance administration

• Ensuring Association Memberships and Insurance Policies are up to date

• Organising staff events and away days

• Ad-hoc Office Management

• Assisting the Operations and Systems Manager when required

Key Requirements

• Experienced at working with a fast-paced entrepreneur leader

• Highly proficient at managing a Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Inbox

• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word skills are a must - you'll need to be able to manipulate data, filter spreadsheets and do mail-merge emails as a minimum

• A good knowledge of Central London to be able to arrange meeting locations / travel in-between

• Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail

• Ready to act fast, make last minute decisions and multi-task

• The ability to look ahead, be proactive and ask questions

• Comfortable dealing with people of all level of seniority up to and including CEO / Chairman

• Self-motivated, fast paced and able to time manage and nag when appropriate!

• PowerPoint ability is helpful, but not essential
