Leading Global Makeup Brand - *First London Store Opening* - Makeup Artists Required
Elite are working with a leading makeup brand who are opening their first London store this Summer! We are looking for experienced makeup and retail consultants who are looking for an exciting permanent job, both full time and part time positions are available.

Role Details:
Customer Service-
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience and style advice tailored to individual needs by being curious to understand the customer and offer additional services where appropriate
- Engage and excite customers within your specialist subject matter of colour, hair and/or beauty by demonstrating your expertise and experience
- Confidently carry out a colour consultation/full make up application/full skin care consultation
- Create an extraordinary experience for the client, meeting sales, stock and profit targets
- Actively seek to develop knowledge of customers, products and competitors
- Build on and grow clientele by building one to one relationships with customers and maintain this rapport so they are encouraged to return and are offered a bespoke shopping and beauty experience
- Achieve high personal productivity and encourage team to increase client list to creatively drive sales
- Manage customer complaints effectively yet compassionately knowing when to refer them to an appropriate member of the Management Team
- Conduct refunds and exchange helping the customer to find another suitable item
- Expand customer to company relationship by utilising CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Engage and excite customers to visit the counter by traffic stopping and demonstrating new and innovative products and services
- Make, tell and share stories about the brand and product

Team Work -
- Work as one alongside other Sales Associates, Specialists, Brand Manager and Department Managers
- Excite and motivate wider team to deliver product knowledge, cascading this information via brand training workshops and group demonstrations
- Lead by example to inspire clientele
- Embrace and embed the brand's values alongside the store values on a daily basis
- Use confidence to communicate with the team openly and with clarity
- Take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation

Product -
- Proactively develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of competitors
- Show passion and enthusiasm about products and services available
- Inspire customers with creativity throughout the sale or experience
- Identify and understand department's strengths with Brand Manager regularly while compiling opportunities
- Forward thinking and proactive with future trends and how this translates to both our domestic and international customer
- Optimal service measures via internal customer metrics
- Support Stock Team to achieve stock loss targets

Environment -
- Offer and show respect in the environment within the store
- Take pride in ensuring the standards are adhered to every day, e.g. cleaning, tidying
- Replenish stock ensuring that all items/products are out on the shop floor
- Work collaboratively with direction from VM to ensure merchandise displays look appealing to customers
- Check sku tickets and ensure all items are priced
- Follow health and safety procedures and security procedures

This role will be reporting into the brand director.
