Managing Business Analyst | London | £45,000 - £55,000

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Managing Business Analyst.

You will join a well-established Global IT company and will help to shape the business case and business benefits plan working with a key client in the secure space.

This is a strategic role with an important client that makes a real difference to public safety in the UK.

Due to the secure nature of the work across the intelligence sector, you must already hold full UK SC Clearance status.

Occasional travel to Bristol

Business Analyst job role:

As Business Analyst you will help shape business case and create a compelling business benefit realisation plan for a key client in London.

Core themes of the role revolve around Benefits management, to effectively assist in the development and management of the Benefits Framework, supporting Benefits Model, baselining, tracking and reporting benefit realisation. Another major theme revolves around business change, assisting with the development of business change tools, templates, methodologies and techniques, as well as skills transfer to the customer team.

As managing Business Analyst you'll work with business change to support and required to understand and manage the change implications resulting from changes to the IT estate and IT organisation, thereby enabling the customer to better realise its transformation ambition. This is likely to touch upon all aspects of benefits management, business change, stakeholder, planning and delivery control.

In relation to planning and delivery, you will help develop and maintain change management Strategy, supporting business change work stream delivery plans, including risks, issues, assumptions and constraints. Assessment and communication on the impact of change requests is key. From a stakeholder perspective it's important a communications strategy is developed and managed, channels established and regular briefing/progress reports to all parties are delivered.

Business Analyst pre-requisites:

You will be able to demonstrable experience in a business analysis capacity of business change and benefits realisation on significant sized projects

You will be familiar with effecting business and change management, dealing with stakeholders at all levels, preferably with a mixture of technologies across both applications and infrastructure

Ideally you will have experience of delivering business change in a secure, law enforcement or government environment, as well as demonstrate relative proficiency in change implementation planning, project/programme management, business modelling, sustainability assessment and organisational design
