Technical Support Engineer (CCTV)

£23,000 - £25,000 + Training + Bonus + Benefits

Excellent role on offer for a Technical Support Engineer looking for a varied role whilst working for a stable yet expanding company where you will be well looked after and work on technically interesting kit.

Do you have good electronics bench fitting experience? Do you have experience of provided Technical Support? Are you looking for split role between hands on assembly, configuration and technical support?

Established for over 15 years this company are one of the UKs fastest growing security distributors. They have ambitious growth plans in place and are in the process of moving to new larger facilities to support the demand for their products. They are therefore looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work within their close knit team.

In this role you will carry out customer returns and technical support 60% of the time. 40% of the time you will carry out repairs on CCTV equipment to test, diagnose and repair faults. You will be assembling and configuring Digital Video Recorders, product testing and trouble shooting. Provide first line post sales technical support to customers.

This is a varied role which will suit either a CCTV Engineer who is looking to move into a Technical Support role whilst still maintaining a hands on element or a Technical Support Engineer with experience of CCTV that is looking to join an exciting, expanding company where they will give you an opportunity to grow and progress alongside the business.

The Role:

* Technical Support Engineer
* 60% Technical Support, 40% Hands on Fault Finding and Repair
* Networking for remote access
* Assist in new and existing product testing
* Maintenance and support of IP CCTV Systems
* £23,000 - £25,000 + Training + Bonus + Benefits (include Free Lunch and Birthdays off work)

The Person:

* Technical Support Engineer
* Experience of the CCTV industry
* Excellent IT Skills including networking for remote access setup
* Qualified in Electronics Engineering
