Location: Nielsen House, Oxford

Salary: £10.40 per hour

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata); AE Pension; Uniform provided

Atalian Servest UK are seeking an exceptional, highly polished corporate receptionist to deliver an outstanding corporate front of house presence at a high-profile client site in Oxford.

Responsible for welcoming and recording all visitors and guests at the site in a highly professional and efficient manner, you will ensure that all visitors are greeted within agreed timelines and experience an outstanding welcome to the site. You will issue staff and visitor passes, receive and process all incoming mail items, operate the switchboard, support the evacuation plan for fire and emergencies and work closely with the client FM manager to support their admin requirement.

The nature of the site calls for front of house specialists who operate at the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and propriety.

If you have a proven track record of providing an outstanding front of house or reception service in a similarly commercial and highly corporate environment, we believe that this role could challenge and satisfy your desire to succeed, in an organisation who is as passionate about quality as you are.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality of service in a professional and timely and courteous manner
  • An experienced front-of-house professional, you will ensure a consistently excellent welcome for all staff, visitors and guests to the site
  • Immaculately presented, confident and an articulate communicator, with high standards of written and oral English
  • You will be practiced at engaging with stakeholders and customers at all levels, building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
  • You will be IT literate with MS office packages

The front-of-house reception team deliver outstanding service to our client, their staff and visitors throughout the week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:30-17:30. We are looking to recruit a part-time member to our reception team to work a job share role covering Thursdays and Fridays 08:30 to 17:30. However flexibility will be required to provide holiday cover for the receptionist covering Mondays to Wednesdays, and where necessary to meet the needs of the business where, on rare occasions, weekend working may be required. Lunch will be provided on site.
