Retail & Payroll Coordinator - Central London - £25,000

THE JOB

To provide support to the Retail Manager, District Managers and all the Stores and Outlets covering all retail areas and making sure all Stores needs are met at all times.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Retail Manager, Team and Stores in any ad-hoc tasks
  • Collate all daily sales and KPI information in order to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports for analysis
  • Constant communication with all Stores and Outlets regarding any supplies they need
  • Ensuring everything is followed up until completion
  • Booking travel for all UK Retail Team
  • Dealing with all customer complaints that cannot be dealt at store level
  • This role also helps with accounting/invoicing

ACTIVITIES

  • Continuous maintenance and snagging support involving contact with external contractors
  • Ensuring all store emails are answered and followed up
  • Ensuring all emails and phone calls from the retail team are answered and followed up
  • Chasing on-going situations and problems that the Stores and Outlets may have (i.e. orders made, maintenance issues, supplies…)
  • Supporting all Stores in seasonal sale and promotion preparation
  • Supporting all Stores with security systems, some IT support, ordering supplies, collating information…
  • Liaising with Lugano offices on various matters regarding Stores and Outlets
  • Support DM's with Store openings
  • Updating Store contact information

Italian speaking candidates are extremely desireable for this role.
