Job Description:

We require a corporate Receptionist to join our front of house Reception desk alongside our other Receptionist on a full time basis to cover staff holiday's. Working Mon to Fri with free parking and 25 days holiday, you will provide both a professional reception and administration support service at our European Head office. This role will pay up to £10.50p/h depending on experience.

We are a leading international technology company and pride ourselves in the high standards our Reception team offer to our Frimley Head Office staff and visitors from our other offices and clients.

The main duties of the Receptionist will be as follows:-

Welcoming and directing visitors to the office and issuing visitor badges, including delegates across the business sectors

Answering the telephone and directing calls accordingly

Ordering and managing incoming and outgoing couriers services

Ordering supplies for the kitchen, stationery and reception area

Checking and processing invoices

Receiving and despatching post and parcels

Arranging flights and transport for staff and visitors

Arranging hotels as required for overseas staff and visitors

Assisting with arranging off site meetings

Arranging catering for all necessary on site meetings

Keeping spreadsheet records of catering/transport/hotels/courier despatches/facilities call outs

Checking off invoices for payment for the above

Keeping the reception area safe and clean

Monitoring alarms

Liaising with facilities management company/security/cleaning

Booking suitable meeting rooms

Setting up meeting rooms with tea/coffee/biscuits as required and clearing

Ordering catering for any lunches onsite, setting out lunches and clearing

To check and credit franking machine on a regular basis.

To take fire warden responsibilities for ground floor (training will be provided).

Some ad hoc administration as required to assist with Facilities functions and overloads.

To be successful you should have previous reception experience gained within a corporate, professional environment and have strong administrative skills too including all Microsoft packages.
