Vitality, Receptionist - Part Time - Thursday & Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Bournemouth,

As our Receptionist your role will be to provide a first class customer service by answering the telephone in a professional manner, directing calls to areas of the business and providing a world class front of house service when dealing with visitors and colleagues.

Responsibilities as our Receptionist include:

- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly, politely and professionally. Establish the most appropriate destination for transferring the call, or answer queries

- Visitors welcomed and signed in to ensure their introduction to the company is in keeping with a 'world class' ethos and best practices

- To uphold company security procedures by monitoring access via CCTV and security card entry systems

- Maintenance of the company car parking policy to ensure fair and consistent access to car park spaces, and to uphold security procedures

- Assistance with Evacuation Procedures to ensure safety of staff and visitors

- Communicate emergency procedures to all visitors on arrival to the building.

- Providing cover and assisting as required in other areas of the Property & Facilities Team

- Present a professional and courteous welcome to all external visitors to the building in order to create a positive image of the company

- Communicate with staff and managers at all levels up to and including Board members

- Carry out Ad hoc Facilities tasks as required to support other areas of the department

- Administer the eye care voucher scheme for staff

Skills and Experience required of our Receptionist:

- Flexible in approach and ability to prioritise and manage tasks

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience of working within a Reception environment

- Flexibility to cover holiday is essential
