Business Analyst | London | circa £350/day

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Business Analyst with CRM experience who can also demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets. Proven 'hands on' project experience of business process mapping, coupled with an ability to undertake duties with regards to 'Compliance' related projects are what we are looking for.

THE BASICS:

As the CRM & Compliance Business Analyst you will create and design the business processes and operational model(s) required to meet our clients' service requirements, whilst working alongside and closely with our clients' business sponsors, technical CRM, multi-channel, compliance and IT teams.

If you can help define and create the documentation required to build a CRM and Compliance systems with a high degree of process design knowledge; able to elicit user requirements whilst working alongside 3rd parties and/or Systems Integrators during the design of business processes, we'd like to hear from you TODAY.

The ideal Business Analyst will be the 'key interface' between the business team and the CRM Programme in terms of understanding and documenting the requirements.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

Analysts who can gather User Requirements, translate business requirements to CRM & Compliance reporting/report templates and types - whilst developing Business MI and BI Reporting User Requirements, will be of interest.

You will be interfacing with the Lead Data Architect and CRM Programme team, to develop MI and BI deliverables whilst designing business process documentation (including but not limited to) business process mapping and business operational model(s). Equally as important, is the ability to work with Systems Integrators and 3rd parties to define, check and confirm business requirements and processes.

Along with our clients' vendors you will develop operational, procedural and training documentation, identify problems, recommend and define and document business communication processes.

THE ADDITIONALS:

If you have solid experience around user requirement analysis for CRM and Compliance projects, coupled with knowledge of internal/external reporting and data mapping - with experience in reporting of and improvement through the latest CRM and Compliance applications you will be highly desirable.

THE CONCLUSION:
