Job Description:

Working in a busy probation office, you will be expected to undertake 'front of House' duties ensuring that visitors and Service Users are dealt with efficiently and professionally, whilst ensuring security procedures are maintained.

In this role, you will act as the first line telephonist for all general calls; deal with telephone queries, faxes and queries from those present at reception; take and relay messages to the appropriate recipient and notify relevant staff members of offender/visitor arrivals. You may also be required to distribute incoming mail and deliveries and undertake photocopying as required. You will work 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with a late night on Wednesday (8:30 - 7pm).

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience as a receptionist and be available to start ASAP. A DBS within the last 12months is also required for this post.
