Job Description:

Full time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey with parking onsite. The position will be Leatherhead based but require regular travel to client and other company sites.

Paying £20-£22k per annum.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo full security and financial checks.

Must hold a valid passport with 3 years unbroken residency in the UK for the security checks.

Duties of the position:

  • Ensure audits are carried out to a timely standard
  • Effective provision of all reactive, planned and preventative maintenance information within the selected work orders
  • Effective provision of all remedial works and project work activity within the selected work orders
  • Support the Audit Manager as an off-site interface with the client's representatives as required
  • Ensure that all reports are to a good quality and provided to a high standard prior to submission
  • Report on progress of service deliverables to all stakeholders
  • Communicate improvement opportunities
  • Ensure the adoption of Quality and HSE policies and procedures throughout the area of responsibility
  • To attend site audits as and when required throughout Greater London
  • Support the development of staff to enhance the performance and capability of other departments
  • Deputise for the Audit Manager as required
  • Other duties commensurate with the role

To be successful you will:

  • Have 3 years unbroken residency in the UK
  • Be happy and able to undergo full security and financial checks
  • Have office administration experience
