Job Description:

Are you a Receptionist looking for an immediately available position?

This role would be to cover a busy reception desk where you will cover incoming calls from clients, updating the in-house system within an engineering and manufacturing environment.

As a receptionist, you would be the first point of contact for employees and potential clients and are always representing the company.

Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Good teamwork ethic

Able to multitask when needed

Customer Service attitude

Professional attitude and appearance

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Receptionist or similar within a professional business.

Job description:

* Meeting and greeting clients and staff from other sites

* Keeping the reception and training areas tidy

* Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls

* Sorting and distributing post

* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

* Arrange delivery of equipment for training days

* Order catering for training days

The working pattern is 5 FULL DAYS with 2 days (Thursday and Friday) working from home (All equipment will be provided)
