The Company:

Our client is the UK's leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 900 people based in 50 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are delighted to be assisting our client with a Receptionist, based in central Bristol.

Responsibilities will include:

• Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls

• Take and pass on accurate messages as required

• Courteously greet and interact with visitors to the premises

• Manage room and hospitality bookings

• Setting up meeting rooms

• Arranging hospitality

• Responsible for opening and locking up, alarming and security of offices

• Car park control

• Assisting in office moves

• Any other task as required by your line manager

• Deal with any customer enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner

• Anticipate customers' needs and offer assistance wherever possible

• To be aware of the day to day health and safety requirements surrounding working area

• To immediately raise any health and safety concerns to your manager or team leader

• To participate in any on site health and safety audits or assessments

The Person:

For this role it's essential you are a people person with a professional manner and superb communication skills. In addition to this you will have previous reception experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment

• Very well presented, with excellent communication skills

• Strong customer focus

• Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions

• Ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems

• Flexible and enthusiastic, self-starter who is keen to progress with a fast growing company.

The Benefits:

Pension, 20 days holiday plus 1 extra day for each years' service, death in service

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking

The Hours:

Standard working hours will be shifted between 8am - 4.30pm and 9.00am - 5.30pm
