Reception Team Leader

Location: Multiple Site

Hourly Rate: £10.25 -£11.11

Start: ASAP

Temp To Perm

Monday - Friday

45 hours Per week 7:30am and 6:30pm

Duties include

  • First point of contact for visitors in the building.
  • Ensure a consistent high level of customer service and positive attitude.
  • Assisting Customer Services Manager on a day to day basis (including HR and Admin tasks).
  • Prepare, maintaining rosters for all sites
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Preparing and delivering SOP's.
  • Providing training to Reception Staff.
  • Performing Floor walks and Safety Prevention Visits.
  • Ordering and stocking of all stationary.
  • Managing and keeping up-to date Reception email box/account (reply within 24 hrs policy)
  • Actively monitor performance to ensure the customers are satisfied with the service they receive. To give ideas on improvements and new developments for the service.
  • Making sure the department adheres to the Security protocol of the sites.
  • Answer, screen and direct internal telephone and external calls or forward it as appropriate.
  • Assist in the Fire Evacuation Process as requested.
  • Assist in all security matters with the on site team and provide support when required
  • Maintaining awareness of health and safety regulations in the building.
