A high end commercial rental company which is growing rapidly is looking for a corporate front desk executive who has the ability to multi task and take responsibility of various projects and a customer portfolio.

Our client is offering this extremely varied role to someone who enjoys being accountable for building strong customer relationships. You will never be bored and you will be fast tracked for career development and managing more projects. The responsibilities include:-

Managing all customer enquires face to face, telephone and email.

Providing quotations to both corporate and retail clients.

Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service level received.

Manage and resolve any client queries, complaints or unexpected returns.

Accurate data entry skills to update client records on their bespoke CRM.

Meeting and Greeting

Managing the showrounds

Managing and organising conference events and meeting rooms including provision of refreshments.

It is imperative you can offer our client the following:-

Being punctual

Energy and enthusiasm, passionate about delivering a first class service

Ability to communicate at all levels

Work under pressure and to tight deadlines; aability to make quick decisions when under pressure

Highly organised and proficient on all Microsoft programs including excel

The desire to want to develop yourself within a team and take ownership of this pivotal role
