Job Description:

My client based in Uddingston is looking for an experience Receptionist to start immediately. This role will be for one month but could potentially go on longer. The hours of work are Monday to Wednesdau 8.30am to 5pm and 8.30am to 1.30pm on Thursday & Friday.

Key duties:

* Dealing with all incoming and some outgoing calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
* To meet and greet all visitors in an efficient and courteous manner.
* Maintain visitor's book.
* Issue visitors with necessary security badge.
* Notification of visitors to office staff.
* Ensure invoices are split as soon as possible and placed in envelopes for collection
* Announce fire alarm maintenance.
* Assist with any administration requirements within Customer Service.
* Process Royal Mail
* Any ad hoc duties as and when required
