Business Development Manager (BDM) - Security Manned Guarding/ CCTV

An excellent opportunity has become available for a national Business
Development Manager to work with Aspis Security. This role is because
of an expansion project that has been undertaken. You will be working
for a very dynamic organisation with many opportunities for
progression in your career and the opportunity to be part of a lovely
close-knit organisation.

We now seek a very experienced and talented person to head the
Business Development function. The successful candidate will have at
least 3-5 years minimum sound experience in the Security industry.
Developing new business and maintaining ongoing key client contracts.
The successful BDM will use their previous knowledge and expertise to
seek new opportunities and develop relationships with clients to
generate their own portfolio.

Objectives

• Develop relationships with clients leading to the delivery of
profitable new business growth.
• Listen and understand the needs of the client and tailor a solution
that fits with both the client and the company.
• Deliver Sales presentations to prospective clients
• Develop robust pipelines
• Consistently strive to meet and excel over agreed targets

What is on offer?

* The salary is between £45k-£60k, all dependent on the calibre of
the individual.

* There is a discretionary bonus on offer relative to performance.

at all levels.
• Innovative and passionate while delivering commercial value beyond
customer expectation
• Confident.
• Attention to detail
• Long-term commitment to the role and ability to progress to Director
level
