Specialising in lettings, sales and property management, Leaders boast an unrivalled passion and expertise for working in the property market. Our continued success means we have substantial plans to expand and we are looking for talented and proactive individuals who will embrace the Leaders ethos and further enhance the professional, high-quality and personal service we provide.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, our successful candidate will be responsible for relevant branch administration, including managing effectively a busy diary of viewings, market appraisals and branch meetings in order to maximise team productivity.

Your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone and call handling
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • The co-ordination of tenancy files
  • Upselling ancillary products
  • Diary Management and key security

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you must:

Be able to demonstrate a highly efficient and organised set of skills in what can be a very busy environment. Calm, enthusiastic and professional at all times, you will also possess strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, a sharp eye for detail, not to mention a flexible approach to your work, whilst coordinating the movements of a highly successful sales and lettings team.
