We are urgently seeking a Field based Regional Sales Executive to be
based in or around East London.

Candidates MUST have security industry industry knowledge to apply.

The Company You'll be provided training and will be part of a busy
dynamic team for one of the largest security companies with offices
all across the UK. You'll be part of a very lucrative company who
employ 53,000 people in nearly 2,800 locations worldwide.

Responsibilities :

The role of Sales Executive is a very important, challenging yet
rewarding one. The primary objective of the role is to proactively
sell full portfolio of Fire and Security solutions to both new and
existing clients within a defined geographical area. As part of this
role you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business
opportunities whilst at the same time maximising opportunities from
the existing customer base within your territory, seeking cross
selling opportunities across all products and services. Maintaining a
target driven mentality is paramount together with a strong focus on
achieving clear goals and objectives. The role requires a high level
of determination and a dedication to being totally customer focused.
Resilience and a strong desire to succeed are other important
attributes for this demanding yet rewarding role. Good organisational
and planning skills, attention to detail, excellent communications
skills and the ability to persuade and close sales are all key
requirements for this role. Objectives Achieve or exceed Sales
Installation OV Targets. Ensure that CRM records (Inc. Diaries) are
maintained promptly and accurately Maintain a regular liaison with
identified key Influencers Proactively research, identify and convert
new business opportunities Maintain accurate records within SalesForce
for all customer/influencer activity Ensure optimum cross-selling
activity of all related Fire & Security products. Responsible for
identifying and developing new business opportunities in conjunction
with the Sales Manager. Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts
to the Sales Manager Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers
and be solely responsible for sales generation from those existing
accounts. The Applicant For this role you need strong communication
skills, be results driven and have a hunger to succeed.

Experience Required:

Knowledge in the industry of Security in Sales.

Achieved or exceeded Recurring Revenue Targets.

Achieved or exceeded Key Response Targets.

The Package Basic Salary of up to £28,0000 (experience dependent) &
Car (or allowance) + Commission (OTE 50k - 60k +)
