Position: DOV CCTV Operator
Location: London
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

About the role:

We are recruiting two Control Room CCTV Operators to join our security team and manage the control duties for ICON, the new designer outlet village at The O2.

The main duties of the role are to operate an effective and efficient control room duties & services including, alarm response; CCTV monitoring; Access and Egress control; and communication links, liaising as appropriate with the Venues Management; the Managing Agent; Tenants for the ICON District; Entertainment Avenue & Peninsula Square (ED&PS); Emergency Services; Law Enforcement Departments: Local Government and Transport Services.

You will liaise and operate closely as appropriate with the other sections of the Site Operations Team, ICON District, the Entertainment Avenue, PS Operations Team, the Venues Management Team, The Tenants Management Team, the Parking Management Contractor and Tenants; and support the delivery of the Emergency Planning Strategy and Plan in conjunction with the appropriate authorities and colleagues.

About you:

We are looking for SIA CCTV Operators with relevant control room experience. You must also have experience of working in a customer service environment and be committed to working to high standards.

With strong communication skills, you will be committed and flexible in your approach to work and have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and to establish good professional relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders.

You may have experience of the following: CCTV Operator, SIA License, Security Guard, Control Room Operative, CCTV Agent, CCTV Operative, Control Room Assistant, Customer Service, etc.
