The part-time Receptionist role is working for a global Facilities Management company, working on-site for one of their pharmaceutical clients based in Watford. The role is 25 hours a week, likely to be Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm.

The part-time Receptionist role is working for a global management services and Facilities Management company, on site for a well-known pharmaceutical company based in Watford. The client also have a site in London, which this person would occasionally be based on.

Description

Key responsibilities for the part-time Receptionist include:

- When covering Reception at Watford and London, to act as a first point of contact for all queries in a professional, efficient and concise manner.

- To administer a Signing in/out register for all client site staff and Visitors entering the Office areas.

- Oversee the standard of meet and greet to all visitors and ensure that hosts are informed of visitors arrival.

- Answering and redirecting any telephone/switch board calls

- Manage visitors and security passes

- To cover absence/holidays in the Reception team at Watford and London

- Ordering stationary for the office and ensuring all areas are fully stocked

- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing post

- Booking meeting rooms, ensuring catering requests are processed and meeting rooms are relayed

- To complete support/support administration duties e.g. payroll input and reporting

- Ad-hoc admin support

Profile

The successful candidate will be/will have:

- Able to commute to both the London and Watford sites

- Previous Corporate Reception experience

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

- Confident across the MS Office Suite

- A positive and friendly attitude

- Multi-tasker and well organised

Job Offer

The successful candidate will access to:

- 25 hours a week - Monday-Friday 12PM-5PM

- The equivalent hourly rate of up to £11.75 (dependant on experience)

- Opportunity to work overtime
