Job Description:

Linsco recruitment requiresReceptionist/Site Administrator in Wellingborough.

Applicants will be doing the following;

  • Reception Duties, meeting and greeting site visitor's and ensuring all personnel on site sign In & out each day
  • Keeping the Induction Room up-to-date and also updating photos in the Conference Room ( Any posters and pictures to be displayed as to be proof read agreed in advance with Office Manager)
  • Collation of Induction Records, Scanning in and uploading to Viewpoint (Galliford Try Online Document Control System) of Induction Records, including filing/ handling of sensitive data/ information.
  • Fire Warden Duties (Training would be provided)
  • Regular Checks on First Aid Equipment and completion of monthly check forms.
  • Managing Signing in sheets for all personnel. In doing so collating Total Safe Hours worked and managing and updating of the Safe Worked Hours Board. Also breakdown of working hours for period end reporting purposes.
  • Monitoring and ordering of office supplies including Printer Cartridges, Stationary, Cleaning Materials and Office Beverage Supplies etc.
  • General Administration duties as requested by the Site Team, including scanning in and uploading of documents to Viewpoint (Galliford Try Online Document Control System)
  • Carrying out the Weekly Premises Check and ensuring this is recorded on the relevant Galliford Try Form.
  • Monitoring and amendments to the Site Logistics Plan, including liaison with suppliers and site security to ensure all deliveries/collections are planned and controlled.
  • Any other tasks or duties required by the office manager and/or the site team.
  • Attend training course as identified and approved by Line Manager.
  • Normal hours would be 8 am to 4pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 3pm Friday. This could be flexible for the right candidate.
  • Good all round IT skills required including the use of Word & Excel.
