Salary: Scale 1C\3 £16,413 - £17,009 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE 19,755 - £20,472 per annum)

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Location: Lomond House, 50 Camberwell Green, London SE5 7AL

Orchard Hill College is a non-residential National Specialist College for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. The College is a busy, vibrant place to work, where our committed workforce is dedicated to empowering and enabling students to achieve.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly and committed team taking responsibility for our busy Reception area. As a confident and calm communicator, you will be the first point of contact for all students, staff and visitors to the school. You will ensuring our students' safety and security by verifying any visitors who are entering and leaving the building. You will operate the switchboard, dealing with calls and general enquiries and utilise your IT and organisational skills to complete administrative duties as directed. You must have excellent customer service skills and communication and interpersonal skills to deal politely and assertively in a number of situations.
