Executive Personal Assistant
The Office Support division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Executive Personal Assistant on a part time basis.

As an Executive Personal Assistant you will:

- Provide comprehensive high level secretarial and administrative support across all areas within the Directors remit.
- Be responsible for advising, administrative teams/admin staff and decreasing the directors work load

Key Duties Include:

- Creating, maintaining and enhancing working relationships, both internally and externally, including exchanging information to solve problems and make decisions on behalf of the Director.
- Read all post and email correspondence to the Director; take all telephone calls on behalf of the Director and responding on behalf of the director where appropriate.
- Developing, maintaining and reviewing electronic and hard copy organisation systems (i.e. filing, pending, action, follow-up systems).
- Arrange, prepare and attend meetings, ensuring that minutes, papers and agenda are prepared and circulated, taking minutes and monitoring follow up action as required.
- Manage the diary of the Director. Set up meetings involving a wide range of senior staff as well as partner organisations and other stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, able to prioritise workloads whilst working to meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately as the nature of the work demands high quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
- Experience of working at a PA/senior secretarial level in a complex organisation which demonstrates the range of skills required for the post
The role is to start immediately working on a part time basis with no set end date. This role will be paying between £10.81 and £12.19 per hour depending on experience.
