Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to cover holiday and sickness, as and when required.

If dealing with people face to face all day is something that makes you want to come to work, then this role could be for you.

This role is a crucial part of the security team based at a defence company in Yeovil. You'll be responsible for issuing access and pass cards to authorised personnel across the site and visitor passes. The role also involves you liaising with the rest of the security team on paperwork, keeping the database up together with accurate information and producing reports.

Whilst training will be given on how to use the in house system, you will need to demonstrate the ability to deal with people at all levels and a high level of customer service problem solving experience.

You'll also have good communication skills and be experienced at using Outlook, Word and Excel.
