Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be the first port of call for all visitors and clients within the company. You will also be responsible to direct all phone calls to the right member of staff. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise workloads and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Role:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Directing calls
  • Relay messages in a timely manner
  • Issue security passes
  • Monitor
  • Distribute and record visitors PPE
  • Receive deliveries
  • Set up boardrooms
  • Administration duties

The ideal candidate will have worked in a role very similar to this previously. Be well manner and presented and can deal with pressure in a professional manner. Be able to deal with enquires effectively and efficiently.

Requires Skills / qualification's

  • Grade C or above in English
  • Well mannered
  • Well presented
  • Punctual
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Confident

This is a temporary position lasting over 4 weeks. The pay is £8.50 per hour and runs Monday to Friday 08:30 till 17:00.
