Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, a fast growing Technology company based in South London. They are seeking a professional, switched on and hard working candidate who is looking for a role that comprises both Front of House and Administration. Someone who enjoys a busy, varied and positively challenging environment.

Duties:

  • Take full responsibility for the Reception area, you will meet and greet all visitors, answer and transfer calls, welcome new starters and manage deliveries
  • Maintain the security access system and issue security passes for all staff and visitors
  • Ensuring that the Reception and meeting rooms are presentable to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintaining the Facilities Help desk
  • Managing upkeep of stock including refreshments for meetings, breakfasts, lunches, vending machines, stationery and postal supplies
  • Liaising with the Landlord, reporting any repairs requirements and managing contractors
  • All general admin duties including; scanning, filing, running reports, call sheets and other operational information
  • Attending meetings with the facilities team, taking and distributing minutes
  • Updating the Outlook contact list, liaising with HR to update new starters and leavers
  • Arranging internal and external general meetings and Board meetings
  • Processing expenses and reconciling credit card submissions

Skills required:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), be highly organised and capable of multi-tasking. You will be solution orientated with an ability to use your own initiative.You will have excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and front of house skills. You will have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated team member with experience in building trusted relationships across the board.
