Corporate Receptionist - native standard German speaker - Central London

Up to £28k salary (experience & qualifications dependent) + benefits + excellent working environment + committed team, training and support

Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist who is a native standard German speaker (both verbal & written) with English, to join the Team in their outstanding Central London offices

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting the EA in the diary management for the CEO, alongside 2 EAs, 2 PAs and 1 Receptionist
  • Travel arrangements/visas for the CEO and other management, as well as other staff and clients
  • Working closely with the PAs helping to arrange meetings, conference calls, often on short notice
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure is essential
  • Various administrative duties, including preparing documents as well as booking couriers
  • Working as part of the reception team of 2
  • Answering the phone, screening calls, gate keeping
  • Preparing and resetting 6 meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors to the office, arranging and offering refreshments, offering a five star service
  • Keeping reception and office area tidy, reordering and restocking fridges and stationary
  • Liaising with ground floor reception, security, clients, suppliers, the team effectively and efficiently.
  • Act as Fire Warden and First Aider (training provided)
  • Weekly rotating shifts - one early shift and one late shift

Attributes/ Background of the Candidate

  • German to native level
  • Degree level and/or secretarial qualification preferred
  • Ideally, minimum 1 years' reception experience in a corporate business or 'high end' hospitality
  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing environment
  • Proactive nature, always thinking ahead
  • Great team player, resilient with a professional manner and trustworthy
  • MS Office experience
