Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join a forward thinking and growing company based in Cheadle.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is highly organised with outstanding communication skills.

Monday to Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm

Duties of Receptionist/Administrator

  • Organising travel and accommodation.
  • Organising and maintaining Company vending machines accounts.
  • Liaising with external suppliers i.e. security alarms, vending and building maintenance, office cleaning and facilities management suppliers
  • Booking venues for catering for internal and external client meetings.
  • Preparing and collating the monthly Gifts and Hospitality register.
  • Administering conference calls.
  • Attending and minute taking in internal meetings.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the office.
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls as required.
  • Housekeeping duties as required including setting up refreshments for internal meetings
  • Booking train travel and hotel accommodation when required
  • Supporting other departments including filing or special projects as required.

Skills required for Receptionist/Administrator

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Must be numerate
  • Ability to work well under pressure
