Our client is an innovative, forward thinking and technologically advanced business who provide software services which are recognised for their dynamic expertise. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist with strong administrative skills who is also able to support the Finance Team by performing purchase ledger tasks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors in a highly professional manner
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing all accommodation / travel / meeting room and function requirements
  • Co-ordinate property facilities; including security and health and safety
  • Maintain high quality records in support of the business ISO accreditations
  • Stock control of stationery and consumables
  • Support the finance team in raising purchase orders, entering purchase invoices & raising supplier payments
  • Match credit card receipts to monthly statement
  • Maintain the approved vendor list

Key Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Competent with MS Office
  • Calm under pressure
  • Flexible, adaptable and highly organised

Additional Information:

Full time hours (37.5 hours per week) with some flexibility - Monday to Friday.

Excellent benefits including Pension, Life Cover and Permanent Health Insurance.
