Job Type: Permanent, approx. 50 hpw

Location: Thrapston, Northampton

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Atalian Servest are seeking an exceptional, highly polished individual to deliver an outstanding corporate front of house security presence for one of our esteemed clients based in Thrapston.

As an ambassador for us you will be responsible for welcoming and recording all visitors and guests at the site in a highly professional and efficient manner. You will ensure that all visitors are made to feel special and experience an outstanding welcome to the site.

The nature of the site calls for front of house specialists who operate at the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and propriety.

If you have a proven track record of providing an outstanding front of house or reception service in a similarly commercial and highly corporate environment, we believe that this role could challenge and satisfy your desire to succeed, in an organisation who is as passionate about quality as you are.

  • Interpersonal qualities - This goes beyond your communication skills, you will be collaborative, able to rise above criticism and office politics, and have lots of soft skills - the friendly and likability factors!
  • A knack and enthusiasm for organisation - You are the sort of person that can find information in a blink of an eye, and keep your workspace tidy and immaculate
  • Multitasking capabilities - be adept at managing multiple tasks without getting flustered
  • Technical prowess - familiarity with IT packages and equipment, Social Media, using phone systems, and other technical stuff
  • Exude a positive and reassuring security presence - you will already have experience of, and have been trained to be able to conduct personal searches as and when required
  • Above all, you must hold a valid SIA Licence, however SIA Training/Licence could be provided to an exceptional candidate.

Please note: In-line with security industry best practice, roles where individuals are required to perform searches, need to be of the same sex as those who are being searched. Although we welcome applications from anyone who can meet the above criteria, we would be particularly interested in suitable females, as due to elements of this role, you may be required to perform personal searches of female visitors/guests.

The front-of-house reception team deliver outstanding service to our client, their staff and visitors throughout the week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:00-17:00. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business and there may be very rare requirements for weekend working.
