Job Description:

Our well-established client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Branch Manager who will take the lead and inspire and motivate the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service. As the Retail Branch Manager, you will be leading the team at the Farnham branch ensuring there is a positive team environment delivering to the highest standard of customer service.

With a passion for sales as the Retail Branch Manager you will have an eye on the bottom line and will always be looking to maximise the branch's financial performance and deliver common sense and practical mobility solutions.

The role

  • Ensure the team maximises sales potential through leadership, team motivation and correct use of all resources.
  • Deliver effective training and motivation of the team. Adapt personal, interpersonal and managerial behaviour to bring out the best in people and enhance the company brand values.
  • Reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for customers and the branch.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Use feedback to modify and develop alternative solutions and be prepared to make decisions.
  • Be competent in knowledge of the branch's performance, have a keen awareness of local market which you will be inviting and engaging with imbedding the branch as the one stop go to mobility shop in the area addressing the needs of the local community.
  • Follow policies, procedures and complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
  • Manage store systems/processes to support a sales environment and achieve operational guidelines.
  • Protect the assets of the branch and deliver company standards in security, appearance and maintenance.
  • Use your knowledge of visual merchandising to improve the look and feel of the branch, presenting products and offers in a way that attracts customers interest.
  • Cascade relevant information onto store teams (morning meetings, etc).
  • Delegation of responsibilities to members of the team.

The person:

  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
  • Top class organisational and leadership skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to fit to the needs of the business.
  • Analytical, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Able to create a positive team environment, encourage collaboration and a buzz for selling and delivering a seamless customer service experience.
  • Take ownership, be accountable, passionate, motivated and committed sales.
  • Use your negation skills to satisfy concern
