Job Description:

Our client, a large legal publishing company in Cardiff are looking for a smart, presentable and switched on Corporate Receptionist to start immediately on a minimum 4 month temporary contract.

Being the face of the company, you need to ensure the highest presentation and service at all times. You must be confident dealing with both clients and all levels of staff hierarchy.

Key aspects of your role will include welcoming guests on arrival, looking after any incoming and outgoing post, making sure that the reception and meeting rooms are kept tidy, maintaining stationary orders throughout the departments and managing meeting room bookings, catering and travel arrangements.

In addition to this, you will be required to report any security concerns to the Information Security Manager, make sure that all visitors adhere to the Company Visitor Access Policy and undertake health and safety tasks.
