Weekend Receptionist / Office Assistant

Situated on a private Estate near Chertsey, UKME ensures that the properties we maintain are presented to the highest standard possible.
This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge, wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.

The Mission

We are looking for an experienced weekend receptionist / office assistant to undertake the following duties on a day to day basis: Answering and transferring calls
Assist with any client purchasing requests
Organise cars, drivers and security as requested
Coordinating and receiving deliveries and organising outgoing shipping
Welcoming guests
General administration duties as required
Ordering office supplies
Assisting with event management as required
Details

The Receptionist/Office Assistant position is on a temp basis from mid-October. You will be working on a shift rota basis working 7am - 3pm/ 3pm-11pm at £12.50 an hour working a minimum of 16 hours a week plus available overtime.

To be considered for this role candidates will need to have strong administrative experience, excellent computer and office skills, be a team player, highly confidential and an excellent communicator.

Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle as this role is based on a luxury private remote estate.
