German Speaking Corporate Receptionist

Angela Mortimer International is currently recruiting for a German speaking Corporate Receptionist to join their client an investments firm based in central London. This is a great opportunity to tighten up and develop your skills in a busy, faced based environment, using your German language skills daily.

You will be working in tandem with another receptionist and supporting the team of EAs and PAs; you will often be handing over project work when finishing shifts, so communication and flexibility with colleagues is of paramount importance. You will be reporting in to the EA to the CEO of the company.

Main duties:

  • Supporting the team with diary management

  • Organising travel for the management as well as other staff members

  • Arranging meetings at short notice

  • Copying, scanning, printing, binding and preparing documents
  • Booking couriers
  • Screening calls and taking messages

  • Preparing meeting rooms

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging refreshments

  • Keeping the fridge and office supplies stocked up

  • Liaising with ground floor reception and security, clients and suppliers
  • Act as Fire Warden and First Aider (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Excellent German and English language skills both written and spoken

  • Degree or secretarial qualification preferred

  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability with a proactive attitude

    Sound MS Office skills

Interviews immediately, to start in October. The role is a shared job with rotating shifts 7:00 - 15:00 and 14:30 - 22:00 including a 3 weekly rotating weekend duty
