Job Description:

Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a leading distributor to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their advancing team in Lichfield. Our client has recently relocated to the area and require an experienced individual to deliver a first-class service to all visitors, callers and employees to the Lichfield location.

As first point of contact to the building the receptionist needs to present a high-quality image of helpfulness and professionalism. This role will be split between reception and general administration duties within the administration and facilities department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all visitors to the building in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that visitors are correctly signed in as well as assigning and controlling security passes

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming calls.

  • Booking the meeting rooms & managing meetings through Outlook Microsoft

  • Responsible for arranging lunches as well as booking taxis and hotels as and when required.

  • To carry out general administrative duties to include typing, copying, filing.

  • To assist with incoming e-mails for the Facilities Help Desk and issue works to internal maintenance team or external contractors.

  • Checking and coding of all building related invoices.

  • Additional support with Administration and Facilities activities

Key Requirements:

Education/Qualifications

  • Graduate applications welcome

  • Educated to GCSE's Grade C or above (or equivalent)

  • Must be IT Literate

  • Reception/switchboard experience

  • Excellent communications skills

    Attitude/Experience:

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards visitors/customers.

  • Excellent organisation with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise

  • Helpful, friendly and welcoming attitude

  • Well-presented, smart and a professional appearance.

  • Clear communication with great focus on customer service

  • Working Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday (35 hours)
  • Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
