Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist from 10th September 9am to 5pm in Reading, RG1 area initially for two to three weeks. The job is Monday to Friday.

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on phone; answering or referring enquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving appropriate instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains telecommunication system.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Keeping area clean and free from any functionality hazards at all times.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Filing, photocopying, emailing, answering phones regularly as required.
  • Other administration work as needed

You must have following skills:

Good communication,

Microsoft office,

Professionalism with key to customer focus,

Planning and organisation skills,

Work well under pressure, and

Good telephone skills.

Pay ranges from £10-£11.50 (depending on skills and experience)
