Job Description:

Our client is a reputable NHS institution based in Wembley. Due to an increase in Facilities based projects there is now a need for a Facilities Receptionist to join this hard working, customer focused team.

Receptionist Key duties and responsibilities of the role.

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries and dealing with phone enquiries regarding Wembley Centre for Health and Brent CCG.
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring and logging attendance; issuing visitor badges. Issuing tenants with keys
  • Perform administrative duties e. g. Opening post, distributing mail, booking of meeting rooms
  • Logging and monitoring maintenance requests on the helpdesk.


Knowledge and skill requirements

  • Good standard of education including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to present and conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • A welcoming, positive and engaging outlook
  • Ability to work flexibly

Hours will be 8.00am - 4.00pm - Monday to Friday Base will be Wembley Centre for Health but may be required to travel to neighbouring Brent sites to cover if necessary. Punctuality is essential.
